BINA provides ongoing guidance for elementary and high schools teaching staff on two related and parallel levels:
Teacher training: Regular training sessions for the entire teaching staff. The sessions deal with clarifying the set of school values and its connection to practical activity in the field. Emphasis is given to the issues of clarifying Jewish identity and social justice, and their significance within the school.
Instruction of a limited team in the writing of a school curriculum: guidance and instruction of a limited team of teachers in the writing of a school curriculum, based on the training sessions for the teaching staff. The sessions are conducted once every two weeks with an instructor experienced in the writing of school curricula, in guiding teams of teachers in understanding the school's unique characteristics and in finding a response to its needs and aspirations.
